Coach Ireland is a dynamic player currently competing for the Syracuse Orange women's lacrosse program. A graduate of Brighton High School, Ireland built one of the most accomplished high school careers in Section V lacrosse history before continuing her career at Syracuse University. Ireland served as a three-time team captain at Brighton and earned All-America honors as a senior.

During her high school career, she totaled 164 goals, 354 draw controls, 80 ground balls, and 77 caused turnovers while earning multiple All-Greater Rochester and All-County First Team selections. She was also named Offensive Player of the Year.

She will be focused on working with our midfielders, and draw control unit.
